Wheat parathas are one of the most popular unleavened flatbreads in the Indian subcontinent, these traditional flatbreads are a staple in Indian subcontinent and are served for a breakfast with a side of curd, chutney, pickle, curries, eggs and meat dishes, Wheat Paratha isa great source of good fibres and nutrients.

Preparation & Usage:

• Remove Paratha from the freezer. Do not defrost.
• Place it on a pre-heated non-stick frying pan.
• Cook on medium heat (160°C) to ensure a crispier Paratha. Wait for 30 seconds and turn over. Keep turning every 30 seconds until both sides are brown and it is properly cooked.
• Serve immediately with your favourite dishes. For a tawa or an ordinary frying pan, please add a knob of butter or a spoon of ghee or oil. While cooking., please do not keep the parathas near the cooking range, keep it inside freezer
